Shazmeen Malik is a global retail leader with over 20 years’ experience in merchandising and buying for major multibilliondollar brands. She oversees 3rdparty brands across womenswear, menswear, footwear, lingerie, swim and accessories, managing a 350brand portfolio and a team of 250. Her remit covers around 40% of ASOS’ global business, and includes ASOS flexible fulfilment channels which compromises of ASOS partner fulfilment and ASOS fulfilment services. Shazmeen has previously held senior roles at Macy’s, American Eagle Outfitters and Gap Inc.
