With over 20 years’ experience in the media and publishing industry, Mark has held senior roles spanning circulation, subscriptions, sales and marketing across both B2C and B2B brands.
Today, Mark works closely with publishers, retailers and membership organisations to navigate the evolving subscription economy—helping them unlock growth through smarter packaging of products, services and partnerships. His experience spans international markets, where balancing value, pricing integrity and long-term customer relationships is critical to sustainable recurring revenue.
An active contributor to the subscription and BPO communities, Mark brings a practical, commercial perspective to discussions on bundling strategies that drive acquisition, engagement and lifetime value in an increasingly competitive landscape.
