Dmitry is also a partner at Palta, co-founding startups like MSQRD (acquired by Facebook) and AIMatter (acquired by Google). He co-founded Edu4Future, a nonprofit fostering tech innovation, and previously founded Ideanomix, publishing 1,500+ educational titles. Dmitry holds an MBA from Kozminski University, a Bachelor’s in Pharmaceutics from Belarusian State University, and completed Stanford’s Executive Program in 2019.

Away from work Kris and his family live on the south coast where he spends time with his young son, follows the (mis)fortunes of Southampton FC and drinks the occasional craft beer.

chemicals and antibacterial products. As the Founder’s daughter she grew up learning about
fermenting soil microbes and how to use them in various aspects of life. She has seen many
problems solved by the use of probiotics and beneficial microbes and now uses these in all aspects
of her life with her young children.
Katie is passionate about the heart of the business – trusting nature, bringing nature back into our
lives and rewilding our guts and environments with the invisible microbial life that we rely on to
survive and thrive.
Katie oversees the hand-brewing of all products in a small factory in Wiltshire with a brilliant team

Yuri Berchenko is an experienced technology leader specializing in growth through business development and partnerships. Over the years Yuri has held several senior roles at Google and YouTube where he successfully launched new products and scaled them globally through powerful partnerships in the telecommunications sector as well as in the entertainment industry, including music, media and gaming. Currently Yuri is a Strategic Partnerships Manager at YouTube. As part of the global Product Partnerships team Yuri oversees Business Development, Strategy and Operations to identify and execute opportunities to drive usage, retention and product excellence for YouTube Premium across Turkey, Middle East and Eastern Europe. Prior to joining YouTube, Yuri led Google’s ads business with Retail and E-commerce verticals with deep focus on developing and implementing innovative and experimental solutions in the area of segmentation and attribution. Before that he started his career at Kearney, a global management consulting firm, where he pioneered the development and implementation of omnichannel digital consumer experiences and helped his clients to build digital capabilities.
