Richard Lallo
Richard Lallo is a seasoned marketing leader with over 15 years of experience in digital and customer marketing across the UK retail sector. He joined Frasers Group in 2024 and was appointed Group Head of Customer Marketing in 2025. In this role, Richard leads the Group’s customer-facing digital strategy, spearheads the development of its retail media proposition, ELEVATE, and plays a key role in driving its broader digital transformation agenda.
Before joining Frasers Group, Richard held senior strategic marketing roles at prominent high-street retailers including Boohoo, Vision Express, and Holland & Barrett. Across these roles, he consistently delivered seamless customer experiences and optimised digital channel performance across markets in Europe, Asia, and the US.
