With 18 years of experience across omnichannel retail and payments, Raji brings deep expertise in merchant strategy, partnerships and scaling complex, high-growth businesses. Prior to Klarna, she spent 13 years at Macy’s, where she led new business development initiatives across merchandising and retail innovation.
