Marcela Gutierrez has worked in analytics, data, and ecommerce for 18 years. As the head of global digital analytics, she excels in understanding business needs and translating them into actionable insights. In recent years, she has been deeply involved in integrating AI-driven solutions into retail analytics, leveraging machine learning to enhance customer experiences and optimize decision-making. She pioneered experimental projects in GEO and built in-house GenAI tools. Her forte lies in building relationships and delivering complex insights in ways that are easy to understand. Marcela has built global teams and trained on diverse topics ranging from cross-cultural communication, to the nuances of data visualization, and the intricacies of A/B testing.

Raised in Honduras, Marcela has lived in Texas, the Philippines, and Oxford. She now resides in Switzerland. She is a lifelong learner passionate about the intersection of data, technology, and human behavior.
