Jeppe Bjerrum
Jeppe Uhre Havgaard Bjerrum has spent more than 20 years working with subscription businesses, primarily within the Danish media and telecom industries. Throughout his career, he has focused on subscription growth, customer experience, retention, digital transformation, and the evolving relationship between audiences and media brands.
For the past 12 years, he has been part of JFM, Denmark’s largest local and regional media group, where he currently serves as Head of Marketing & Communications. JFM publishes daily newspapers and digital news platforms across Denmark and operates radio stations, streaming services, advertising and marketing businesses, and a wide range of local media products reaching millions of users every month.
Jeppe has worked extensively with the transformation from traditional print subscriptions to digital-first customer relationships, including paywalls, retention strategies, subscription platforms, personalization, and AI-driven customer insights. He has previously spoken internationally about subscription growth, customer lifecycle management, and the use of AI technologies to improve customer understanding and engagement.
At the conference, Jeppe will share perspectives on how AI, AI agents, and automated bots are reshaping the subscription economy — from customer acquisition and retention to content discovery, trust, and the future role of media brands in an increasingly automated digital landscape.
