James’s career to date (25+ years) has been spent working in global DtoC eCommerce and the related ecosystem: Digital marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, Allegro, Bol etc, pure-play, multi-brand retailers, 3PLs, payments, integrators, technology partners) and the optimisation of all communications and digital marketing channels to drive customer awareness, engagement and acquisition. He has successfully funded, built and exited three international health and wellness start-ups in the online, marketplace and cross-border digital space over the past 10 years across the UK, US, Europe and Asia.
