In 2025, he partnered with Atlas, the subscription growth consultancy founded by Kerin O’Connor, to launch Atlas Sports — a new practice focused on helping sports organisations and governing bodies build recurring revenue models.

He has delivered growth across complex global and matrix environments for UK, US and European businesses.

With Newscorp he was Chief Customer Officer responsible for marketing and business development across all UK news brands, then Managing Director of The Times he helped scale the digital subscriptions business to record levels of subscribers and ARPU.

As CEO of the Bauer Media UK Publishing business he managed a portfolio of 80 brands and 800 people, delivering revenue diversification, increased profitability and double digit digital revenue growth.

With proven leadership skills in dynamic markets, he has a deep understanding of how strategy, technology, people and process must align for media companies to sustainably grow revenues.
