Becky McOwen-Banks
A scholarship-winning MBA graduate from Berlin School of Creative Leadership, Becky has led creative departments at Meta, VaynerMedia and FCB London, working with major brands including NatWest, Heinz, TikTok, Unicef, BMW, Nivea and Sky. With over 20 years of experience transforming global teams across advertising and technology, she specialises in helping agencies and brands navigate the intersection of creativity, technology and business strategy.
Becky has judged at Cannes Lions, D&AD and numerous international awards, and is a D&AD Masterclass tutor and trainer on The Gen AI Academy. A regular on global industry stages, she has spoken at events such as D&AD Festival, Cannes Lions, TEDx, MADStars and AdWeek. She's a passionate advocate for diversity in creativity, having co-founded Creative Equals and served as the only female Creative Director on the IPA Council in its 100-year history.
