Co-founder Alice brings a strong background in marketing and business strategy, with a laser focus on creating memorable, end-to-end customer experiences. Her love affair with coffee began in her twenties while training as a barista in Melbourne, the global heart of specialty coffee, and she’s never looked back.

Giving back is core to RISE’s mission. Through its Friendly Coffee Fund™, the company donates 1% of all revenue to support coffee farmers living in poverty.

Alice is also a mentor, speaker, and a proud advocate for women-led businesses as part of the Buy Women Built community and the NatWest and Virgin StartUp business accelerators.
