When and where is Commerce AI Festival Festival 2027?
12 May 2027 at Olympia London, Hammersmith Road, W14 8UX. Doors open 08:00.
Who should attend?
Retailers and marketplaces running or building media networks; FMCG and brand owners investing in retail media; agencies; CTV and DOOH operators; and the technology and data partners that power them.
Is there a cost to attend?
Retailers and brand owners can apply for complimentary passes. Agencies, vendors and technology companies attend on paid or sponsor passes. Register your interest and we'll confirm your pass type.
Can I move between the tracks?
Yes. One pass covers every track and the show floor, except the Think Tank, which is invitation only.
How do I apply to speak?
Use the speaker application form under Agenda › Speaker Application. Tell us which of the four tracks fits and what you'd cover — no paid slots, no filler.
How do I get a sponsor pack?
Go to Work With Us › Sponsorship Opportunities and request the pack; the team will follow up with the current deck and availability.
