Women in Retail Media

When Ana Laura and Emma first connected, they recognized a shared need. In the fast-growing field of retail media, women often struggle to gain visibility and growth opportunities. This issue isn’t unique to them – many women face the same barriers. With retail media expanding over 20% annually and more women entering the field, there’s a growing need for spaces that support women’s advancement. Rather than just talk about it, they decided to take action.

That’s why they launched the Women in Retail Media Collective (WRM Collective). It’s a community where women can support each other, share insights, and build connections. Through events, speaking engagements, and mentorship, WRM Collective helps women succeed. Together, they’re creating a space where women can drive change and build a more inclusive future in retail media.
