Chris Lawlor

Currently Head of Ecommerce for Big Potato Games Ltd/Inc, leading the FBA and DTC business across UK, USA, DE/EU as well as new accounts in CA, UAE and Singapore. Was responsible for growing ADM Protexin’s Amazon sales and brand profile in the U.K and U.S.A and have expanded into Australia, Canada and the EU. Also work with in the U.S.A and use Walmart Performance Ads. Google Ads, Google Merchant Center and Google Shopping experienced.
I enjoy utilising my several years of Amazon experience by combining account management, commercial analysis, SEO designed for Amazon’s A10 algorithm by optimising listings to increase conversions from DPVs and driving traffic with Amazon’s advertising platform and DSP.

Georgia Leybourne

Making a difference to the people in my life is my core focus. Whether that’s family, friends, partners, customers, colleagues or a complete stranger, it is important to me that their association with me has a positive impact.

For the past 15 years professionally, my work has involved the retail industry and that uncanny inflexion point between a retailer’s commercial dominance in their space and operational excellence in their supply chain. That double-edged sword a retailer has where they want to grow and create more revenue for their business, but every upward movement of their sales increases the complexity (and the cost) of their operations.

My experience is in technology, working for clever companies who develop comprehensive solutions that nail these challenges for retail. Innovative and dynamic Connected CommerceOps capability that help retailers grow whilst bringing their operations under control and giving them the opportunity to deliver cost effective revenue, great customer service and operational excellence for their business.

Jim Mann

With an early career in consulting for FTSE 100 leadership teams, Jim discovered Amazon FBA in 2013 and successfully launched, operated and scaled a private label FBA brand from 2013 to 2020 when he joined Thrasio as Head of M&A for Europe. Jim currently holds the role of VP for Europe at GETIDA, the leading Amazon Reimbursements company, where he helps clients recover 1-3% of annual revenues. Jim will lean on his experience as an operator, acquirer and now auditor of Amazon businesses to share some of the biggest profit drivers for brands using Amazon FBA as a sales channel in 2024 and beyond.

Chris Turton

As the Managing Director of Ecommerce Intelligence, I lead a team of account managers, analysts, and sponsored product experts who help businesses grow on Amazon. With over 8 years of experience in Amazon FBA, seller, and vendor services, and 11 years of Ecommerce expertise, I have worked with about 160 Amazon accounts across various industries and niches, solving complex catalog problems and handling £5.5m in sales every month.

I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and insights on selling on Amazon and building an Amazon agency business, as well as learning from others in the Ecommerce community. I also mentor aspiring entrepreneurs through The Prince’s Trust, a charity that supports young people to start and grow their own businesses. My mission is to help brands succeed on Amazon and beyond, and to empower the next generation of Ecommerce leaders.

Ruth Jacob

Ruth is the Course Leader for the MA Fashion Marketing & Global Cultures degree at London College of Fashion, University of the Arts, London and has taught across fashion, marketing and business management degrees at institutions such as, London South Bank University, the University of East London and the Fashion Retail Academy.
Her industry experiences covers working with fashion editorials, in PR and marketing in the areas of fashion, lifestyle, education, global and culture and international relations, and with the BoF, LOVE Magazine, Sky News, ITV, City AM, Nataal and the UN Conference for Trade & Development.
Ruth has qualifications in BA (Hons) in Journalism with Economics, MA Broadcast Journalism, MA Fashion, PGCE in Post Compulsory Education and is a Senior Fellow of the HEA.

Jessica Cooke

Experienced manager in sales and marketing with a demonstrated history of working across diverse and dynamic industries. Skilled in Commercial Strategy, Retail and Client Management, People Management, and Shopper Marketing. With a keen attention to detail whilst ensuring meticulous standards from myself and team, I have a track record of driving results at pace and consistently exceeding targets. I also champion a values based team culture, aware of myself and others in order to flex my approach to all levels of stakeholders, and have built a reputation as someone people want to work with and for.

Timo Boldt

Peter Pernot-Day

Peter Pernot-Day is Global Head of Strategic Communications at SHEIN, and a member of the company’s executive team. Based in California, he helps set SHEIN’s global strategy and leads projects across the organization focused on supply chain, market access, digital services, privacy and security, public affairs, and environmental, social and governance efforts. Prior to joining SHEIN, Peter held leadership roles at Mixpanel, Inc., a leading provider of data analytics software for marketing departments, and at BNP Paribas, a global financial institution. In his free time, Peter enjoys surfing and open water swimming.
