Nial Conlan is the Commercial Director at Lyle & Scott, responsible for expanding global reach, and establishing L&S as a leading lifestyle brand.

Lyle & Scott: As Head of Commercial, Nial grew the business during and after Covid. Now, as Commercial Director, he built a new division focusing on DTC, new wholesale, and new products, aiming for customer acquisition, international expansion, and leveraging the 150th anniversary.

Converse: Nial joined to learn from a diverse team, applying his skills to inspire passion, optimism, and innovation. He contributes to strong brand and product storytelling and improves existing systems and processes.

Urban Regeneration Project Dublin: Nial worked for the largest Urban Regeneration project in Europe, managing stakeholders, implementing long-term strategic thinking and landing key deliverables under an extremely high degree of public and professional scrutiny.

Entrepreneurial Ventures: Nial ran three creative businesses, generating passive income and managing a skilled network. This involved licensing music and intellectual property, launching an international podcast, establishing a book publishing imprint, and directing short films featured in international festivals.
