Over the past few years, my primary focus has been steering Butternut toward sustainable profitability. This transition has been challenging, particularly as we moved away from a “growth at all costs” mentality. Despite these challenges, we have achieved significant progress, particularly in the areas of customer retention and our unit economics. These strides have enhanced our business model and positioned us well for future success, reflecting a deep commitment to our customers and our long-term vision.
