Emilia Matchett

Emilia Matchett is the Global Head of Sustainability at Boots No 7 Beauty
Company.

She began her sustainability career nearly two decades ago, throughout her
career in various sectors she developed in depth knowledge in sustainability,
related ESG reporting frameworks, regulatory environmental and social
compliance, suppliers’ due diligence and responsible sourcing practices.
In her current role she is responsible for overseeing delivery of No7BC
ambitious sustainability strategy, initiatives aimed at achieving Net Zero and
advancing growth of company’s social value.
