With over a decade of professional experience, I am currently spearheading the Tesco Marketplace, focusing on creating a seamless e-commerce platform that aligns with Tesco’s commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction. My expertise in change management and team leadership, coupled with a Six Sigma Green Belt and a Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) certification, positions me to drive significant transformations. At Tesco, we leverage diverse perspectives to foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

In my role as Head of Tesco Marketplace, I’ve had the end-to-end responsibility for the launch, ensuring our offer meets the evolving needs of our customers. My previous experience as Head of Transformation enabled the largest global implementation of Oracle HCM and the introduction of Whoosh, Tesco’s short lead time proposition. Collaborating with a dedicated team, we have set new benchmarks for Tesco’s £1bn Click&Collect business, underscoring my commitment to advancing our e-commerce strategy through innovative fulfilment solutions and outstanding leadership.
