Clara Eisenberg

Clara Eisenberg is interim General Counsel and Advisory Board member at Zero Carbon Forum.  Zero Carbon Forum empowers its restaurant and pub industry members to reach carbon reduction targets at pace through collaborative action. Prior to that Clara was Legal & Sustainability Director at Dune London with responsibility for developing and integrating a responsible business agenda covering sourcing, materials, packaging and governance.

Charlie Bowes-Lyon

Charlie Bowes-Lyon is a seasoned entrepreneur with a track record of founding and successfully exiting startups, including Climate Cups Ltd and Bowes Media Ltd. As a former Director at Hatch Group (now Nest Performance), he provided strategic consultancy to leadership teams of renowned London startups. Currently serving as the Co-Founder and CMO of Wild, Charlie is driving the company’s mission to eliminate single-use plastic from bathrooms with natural, refillable alternatives, earning recognition as the fastest growing UK startup over the last 3 years (according to the Times) and achieving significant sales and global impact.

Saasha Celestial-One

Saasha Celestial-One is Co-Founder & COO of OLIO, a free app harnessing the power of
mobile technology and the sharing economy to provide a revolutionary solution to the
problem of waste. OLIO is growing quickly, empowered by 160k+ volunteers. Since 2016,
8m OLIOers have successfully shared over 160m portions of food and 11m household items
with each other in 62 countries. Before OLIO, Saasha founded London’s first pay-as-you-go
high street childcare provider, and prior to that she spent 13yrs at Morgan Stanley, McKinsey
& American Express. Saasha was named one of the UK’s “Coolest Female Founders” by
Business Insider, has an MBA from Stanford, is mum to 11-year-old Nolan, and is the proud
daughter of hippy entrepreneurs.

Dean Harris

Dean is a dynamic marketing leader with over 15 years of experience spanning B2B and B2C markets, previously holding roles in advertising, loyalty, CRM, trade planning, brand management, and customer strategy.

His career started in advertising, working at McCann Erickson across their global B2B client portfolio. Now at Co-op, Dean has spent more than a decade driving the performance of Co-op’s grocery and life services businesses in a variety of customer & commercial functions.

As the Head of Co-op Media Network, Dean is responsible for growing Co-op’s convenience-focused media business. Partnering with advertisers to leverage Co-op’s scale, media attention, and first-party data to make purchase decisions easier for shoppers.

As Co-op Enterprise Person Data Owner, Dean is also trusted to safeguard customer interests whenever their data is shared, moved, and used.
