Nora Zukauskaite

Nora is an award-winning marketeer. Her well rounded international career spans across all key marketing verticals: creative agency (Ogilvy & Mather Singapore @ Unilever Pond’s), brand (FOREO, Lottie London to name a few) and now tech and media while pioneering social commerce at TikTok Shop in the U.K.
Passionate about engaging with Gen Z consumers, Nora has been known for insight-led creative and disruptive digital activations that cut through the noise and deliver business and brand growth. You can often see Nora on stage sharing her insights and forward thinking around the latest marketing, digital and e-commerce trends that shape the industry.

Peter Filcek

Executive team member and senior leader with a passion for delivering amazing customer experiences that solve problems or meet needs in scalable and commercially successful ways. Varied experience covering both commercial management and customer-centric product roles, leadership of multi-layer and multi-functional teams up to 150 people, as well as the development of new organisational design and operating principles.

Josh Clarkson

Josh is currently Global Lead – Retail Media at Mars, owning Retail Media strategy, acceleration and integration within wider media planning for the world’s largest confectionery manufacturer. Previously Josh held roles in the US and UK with Lindt & Sprungli, overseeing D2C, Marketplaces, digital content and advertising, social and retail media. Josh has also worked in the UK for Kraft Heinz, Ferrero and Red Bull. When he isn’t discussing Media, Marketplaces and Marketing, he’s taking long walks with his dog Toby, and trying to keep up with the Kansas City Chiefs!

Stacey Van Den Aardweg

Stacey is the UK Director of Fulfilment by Amazon and Global Selling – Marketplace. She has a breadth of experience spanning retail, e-commerce, sales, management consulting and investment banking – having built and scaled new businesses as well as transformed mature organisations. In her current role at Amazon, she is responsible for empowering businesses to grow on Amazon using its fulfilment and logistics capabilities and account management tools. She specialises in harnessing technology and data to optimise the Seller experience and unlock innovation in the evolving global e-commerce landscape.

Jemma Haley

Jemma has over 15 years experience in Retail and Media and has held Commercial, Product, Proposition and Consulting roles at dunnhumby (working for Tesco and other retailers around the world) as well as time at Redwood working for Boots Media. She is currently at the John Lewis Partnership, helping to lead Retail Media transformation initiatives and Proposition strategy across their John Lewis and Waitrose retail brands.

With 10 years’ experience in marketing and CRM, Katherine leverages data-driven insights to create personalised experiences that drive retention and long-term customer satisfaction.

Orla Weir

Orla is a brand and growth marketeer with over 8 years of experience building digitally-native international brands. This includes growing seltzer company Ugly Drinks from birth to a global, award-winning brand and thereafter joining multinational CPG company Reckitt’s incubation and investment hub. Currently, Orla is Head of E-Commerce at the UK’s fastest-growing dog treat brand, Denzel’s.
