Dan Finley

Prior to joining Debenhams, Dan spent a decade as Group Multi Channel Director at JD Sports Fashion Plc.

He delivered unprecedented multi channel growth as JD established itself at the pinnacle of the sports fashion industry, becoming a global multi channel leader and entering the FTSE 100.

Dan started his career in management consulting after reading Economics and History at Balliol College, University of Oxford.

Emily Gallant

Experienced Online Retailer Manager working in the telecommunications industry. Skilled in E-commerce, Sales, and Sales Operations. Co-Founder of eFones.

Mike Fethers

Mike is currently the Ecommerce Business Development Manager at Sony Interactive Entertainment (PlayStation), focusing on the direct-to-consumer (D2C) strategy for PlayStation products and services.

As a passionate retailer, he understands the critical role of supply chain in delivering value to consumers and stakeholders alike.

With over 15 years experience in multi-channel retail across entertainment and FMCG. His expertise lies in crafting efficient procurement strategies, managing cross-functional teams, and driving process improvements that enhance profitability and sustainability. Mike has spearheaded initiatives that have significantly reduced costs, improved delivery times, and increased customer satisfaction

Jemma Tadd

Jemma Tadd joined Ebay UK as senior business development manager in June 2018 and was promoted to head of fashion in November 2022. She has previously held roles at The Hut Group and Zalando.

Under Tadd’s leadership, Ebay partnered with hit ITV2 reality show Love Island in May – the first time the popular show has shunned fast fashion brands in favour of pre-owned product.

Matt Purt

Matt has worked in the Fashion, Retail, and Technology industry for nearly 30 years. Holding senior executive roles in both start-up businesses and established large global corporations. Matt is an acknowledged entrepreneur in the Tech / Retail Space as well as being recognized as an industry leader and innovator.

In 2019 Matt Co-Founded LRG Online Ltd which acquired Secret Sales in March 2020. www.secretsales.com was relaunched as a B2C marketplace for brands and retailers to open and operated a digital concession for off-price. The platform has become one of the most highly desired off-price channels in the UK from both brands and consumers and has since then launched new international sites in mainland Europe.

Prior thereto, Matt Co-Founded Anatwine LTD the B2B fashion retail platform that was sold to Zalando SE in 2018 after 4 years and achieved over $1 billion in global retail sales.

Neil Corbet

Neil Corbett is currently Head of Commercial at Domu Brands. Based in Manchester he received a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing and Support Services from St. Martin’s College. Neil has worked with Domu Brands for over 10 years.
